Good service my only concern is that when we signed up for the service we were told you would treat our trees also and we were told that is not true is upsetting that the sales people lie to consumers and set higher expectations I did not appreciate this but The person that came to service the is great and explained what he can do and not do to us. Hopefully nothing happens to my fruit trees more than likely will go back to terminex when my contract expires next year.
I’m pretty sure our technician was named Roy? He was great. Found a hornet nest and took care of it for us. Also got rid of wasp nests under the waves of the house. He was very personable and friendly. Thank you!
Tech was very nice and courteous and finished the service within minutes. I love how efficient he was.
Good Job . Since I told him that I was living to take My Wife for Dr. Appt. He Put his Card at the front door . Date of Service 10-9 Hart time to reed his Name , But was he was courteous and did a Good Job.
They always come at a descent time they do the job even if I’m not there. This time I was home and Benjamin was very polite and friendly and did the inside of the house. It never takes long he cleaned my gutters and then was on his way
The agent left the gate unlatched. We made sure to tell him to latch the gate as we have 3 large St Bernards. Two of them got out!!!! This is not acceptable. It does not matter to me what kind of job he did if my dogs are gone.
We had our initial pest control visit. Patrick, our service pro was very courteous and professional. He took care of treatment of concerned areas even before we got to speak with him. Impressed with the bait treatment and his environmental responsibility.
