My husband did ask about stink bugs but I did see them listed as pests that were targeted by today’s treatment. Should we schedule another visit for further treatment?

Displeased customer. I called and emailed letting you guys know not use your products in my yard. I have even send pictures of the dry and dead grass and plants. To my surprise my request failed on deaf ears. Today a technician was sent my property using the same destructive products that I specifically asked not to use. On top of that you withrew money from my account after auto pay was cancelled. Violating my privacy to say the least. Please call ASAP Ms Gaston Lynbrook, NY

America is/was very gentlemanly. Has professional mannerism and friendly. When he arrived, he patiently waited for me to get to the door and arranged that I open the side gate so he could proceed with the procedure and assured me he would close the lock after completing. I am grateful that I didn’t have to stay waiting, being that I was not feeling well. Prior to starting America wanted me to be aware that if I had any pets that I should wait to take them out for atleast 30 minutes.
