Carlos was very professional and friendly during today's treatment. I only wish he had asked me if there were any areas of concern so that I would have remembered to ask him to apply treatment inside our garage as well as around the exterior foundation. With the cooler weather, spiders have begun to creep inside and surprise us inside our home as well as continue to build webs all around outside our home.

John was so great. He was super going through the home and I was thoroughly impressed with the service he did outside. The previous techs did not take the time to go through and get the spider webs down from the patio ceiling and they didnt do sweeps of the outside like John did. I hope we get him every time. It was a job well done and I was very impressed and thankful. I would recommend aptive much more getting a technician like him.

The male at our house today was so nice and patient... Since I have hired this company we have not had any issues with bugs.. There very professional and it doesn't matter what time of day someone is there to answer questions. Thank you!!

Raymundo came out to change our bait boxes and spray. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained the results of what he found once he was done We are very happy with the service.
