I am satisfied with Aptive services, especially because of the excellent service that their employee named Frank had provided. Frank should be a working forman , supervisor, better yet a employee trainer . Frank is a sure asset to the Aptive company. I wish to have him for all my future service.
Well for starters, he only sprayed the kitchen, which was completely pointless. He came all the way out to the property he might as well have sprayed the entire house, considering there were an excess of pests since the initial flush. Not to mention, really bad attitude. Following his visit, I received a voicemail that he saw “German cockroaches,” which are not covered under my contract and to call the office to discuss pricing. I’m sorry what..? Who even knows the difference between cockroaches? I signed up for pest control to take care of ALL cockroaches, not specific species. the actual service was acceptable (not overly friendly/talkative but not rude either) but the technician didn't latch our fence gate completely and our dog got out. could be nice if he asked if we were having issues with any bugs, but he just said "I'm here to do your service" I was also told we would get a call an hour before he arrived (per the customer service person when I said that I cannot have him come between 4-5pm) and I did not get a call an hour out.
Harvey made a courtsey call prior to arriving to ensure someone was home. He was pleasant and explained the treatment to my husband. Harvey was also able to tell me when we should expect our next treatment.
Michael was pleasant and accommodating. He did a very nice job taking care of the cobwebs under the eaves and spraying all around the perimeter of the house. He even came into the house and sprayed for ants in my bathroom (where they've been a problem).
Tech was on time, was polite and addressed all my concerns in a professional manner.
Your tech was here today. Unfortunately I am horrible with names
but I want you to know he was very personable and a great
communicator. We chatted for a couple of minutes and he explained
what he was about to do and what he would be looking for. He was
very thorough and he told me the results when he finished.
I was very pleased with him. Since we started using your service the
difference inside and outside our house is amazing.

This review is not about Josh our technician but rather the poor communication the front office has with its customers. As I told Josh we are happy with the actual service to the house, but the communication with the front office and customer (me) is terrible. I was told the appointment on Oct 22nd was between 8-12 and Josh would call half hour before arrival. Josh did not show up until 2 pm that afternoon and no call. Josh said his schedule did not show arrival time or to call ahead. Aptive uses E-mail to schedule appointments and the problem with that I do not look at my E-mail every day. I am not happy with Aptive's customer service and I am seriously considering cancelling the service... Read More
