I specifically asked him not to spray the front yard until my husband came home. He was 5 minutes away. Literally 30 seconds before my husband pulled in the drive way he was spraying the front yard. I have a dog and a baby and I did not want my husband walking through the spray!!!! Not a super happy person with him not listening after he said he would.

We were waiting for a call to be available when he was to come. Did not have the opportunity to see him! At this time we are not satisfied with the service provided. We agreed to try because we have rodent problem !!!! A couple glue traps will not do the trick. We need to talk with a service provider!!!

Jonathan did a great job, explained all our concerns and was very responsive to our specific needs. he also took the time to explain the products used. He definitely deserves the $5.00 bonus. Hopefully we can schedule Jonathan for our 30 day follow up.
