HE DID NOT FINISH THE JOB HE DID PART OF THE FRONT YARD AND HE DID DO THE BACKYARD AND HE SET THE RAT TRAPS WHICH R USELESS MY DOG HAS CAUGHT 3 RATS COMING AWAY FOR THE BIG TRAPS ON THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE AND ON OUR PATIO ALSO I HAD ASKED HIM TO DO THE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE AFTER E1 GO UP AFTER HE SET THE TRAPS HE WAS GONE WITHOUT A WORD ALSO I WAS TOLD BY ONE OF YOUR REPS THAT HE WOULD NOT BE HERE TILL AFTER 9 AM AND HE SHOWED UP AT 7AM THEY CANNOT COME HERE TILL AFTER 10 AM

My tenant sent me this message after you guys came out
This was just after 2 hrs that I slept this morning cause the damn rat almost touch my baby. Something else needs to be done. Cause now that they came out it's gotten worse. We have no food in the pantry cause they ate everything. I don't have money to be buying food like this. I've been telling y'all since July. I need a-reimbursement for all the food I have had to throw away. This is not okay. The baby step on a poop as well before this . That is the reason I was up all night scared for my baby
Excellent service by the technician but unfortunately I do not remember her name.
I only say average because I was in the shower and didn't get a chance to unlock the gate into the backyard - so the back yard areas were not treated. Probably not a huge problem.
Nikcisha Porter was a delight to work with. She covered the whole house, inside and out, She answered my questions about your service and told me she would get back to me about a twice monthly service she told me about.
Jeancy is very trustworthy. Out of all the techs so far, he is the best. I feel a sense of peace of mind when I see Jeancy knocking at my door for a service. Whether I’m home or not I know it’ll get done right. Thanks Jeancy. Good seeing you again.
Tabensky did a really thorough job both inside and outside our home. He was attentive to what we said our problem pests and areas were.

I'm not really sure what the purpose of the visit today was! The guy who came out just walked around the house spraying the base of the house and was gone in less than 10 min. I had bedding hanging outside in the backyard he walked threw the bedding with his nasty dirty backpack thing that he had on. I had a comforter draped over my deck step railing and he sprayed what ever crap was in the backpack thing all over the clean comforter. Absolutely very unhappy and very very unprofessional of him. Your contract says that if we have an increase of bugs to call I did that back in September and they said since we were already scheduled for a couple days later they would just address it...
