Aptive is a residential and commercial pest control service. It's based in Sandy, Utah, but operates in major cities throughout 26 states. It treats a variety of flying and crawling insects as well as rats and snails.

Roberto came within the time period given. He worked outside, then came inside and asked about our issues, he explained the chemical he was using, then did the rooms I asked. He then went outside and worked in the garage. He was very polite and kind. Roberto represented your company beautifully.
I've spread enough insect treatment on my lawn to know that you don't just carry the bottle around and randomly shake as you walk in random lines. The technician did not use a spreader nor did he seem to have any method to his Madness but simply walked in random directions and sprinkled stuff here and there. This treatment will be in no way effective. I will not be renewing with aptive next year. I wholly regret signing up with them in the first place as I've spent hundreds paying them to do something that I could have done with $40.
Technician was outstanding and very accommodating. Enjoyed the service today, and really liked him a lot.

Matthew was knowledgeable and courteous. He was efficient, and answered my questions.
Louis was very thorough, answered all my questions, and was very polite. He assured me that if the problem returned, I shouldn't hesitate to call back. We're very pleased with service from Louis.
Although John was pleasant and did what I asked, I felt as thought I had to direct him what to do. I recently had Viking and had excellent service techs who knew what to do and would even send a supervisor due to chronic crave cricket problem. The only reason I switched to Aptive is due to recent budget constraints for the lower price. It doesn't seem to me that your techs are experienced.
