Was supposed to come inside to spray for spiders. He did not come or call me. I do not believe the outside was treated either. I work from home and was here the entire time. NOT HAPPY

Daniel was highly professional and knowledgeable technician. He eagerly and thoroughly treated the trouble areas we had and a few that I didn't know we had. Moreover, he took genuine concern for our pet bird during the spraying of the pesticide. It was a real pleasure to have him. I would like to request to have him every service call.

I spoke with Matt today -- enjoyed our conversation and him telling and explaining to me what service he performed early Tuesday, December 3rd, the day after the big storm! He was all ready and geared up in his snow pants and boots. And sorry our front walkway, porch stairs and deck were not cleared yet. I worked on that a couple hours later -- deck was yesterday. Matt also reviewed some things from past few visits by him and others. Thank you! ~ Dawn

Emanuel is the best. He always takes the time to explain what he's doing and why. Asks about any special areas that need attention. We live in an old farm house and the property has been riddled with all kinds of insects. With Emanuel's professional attention over the past year of treatments, we are now under control.
