Hi there so Brandon Davis was my technician today who serviced my property. He went above & beyond checking every area inside & outside. He was also friendly, & so amazing with my dog . What an awesome job he did . I look forward to having him here again!

Tommy was very professional and friendly. Completed the service call very satisfactorily. Even asked if there were any special concerns. He mentioned that some of his customers were having problems with "stink" bugs. I said we also have had that problem and he said he would spray the base of the siding to treat that problem. Good job!

Another job well done! Steven is by far the best employee I have had from aptive. He's not just professional and kind, he is knowledgeable and willing to work hard to ensure the job is completed correctly. Steven's attention to detail and overall professionalism make him a model employee from the perspective of a customer that has dealt with many aptive employees.
