First he went over all my information to make sure it was correct. Dominique Williams did an excellent job of explaining each individual part of the contract that I was signing. He explained what and how he was going to proceed with the extermination of pest. After he completed he told me that I had a lot of spiders on the back porch. Dominique told me what to expect in the follow-up in a month and the cost.

I feel like every time I get serviced I get a worse experience. The first time was amazing. the guy was knowledgeable, helpful, nice. second time, he couldn’t answer any of my questions, very ignorant. now on the third service and he only does the outside when I pay for both, and need the inside done. he was condescending when my roommate mentioned that a termite guy just left, because we just bought this house and the owner before had a contract so we had a couple free services from them due to being prepaid by the previous owner. I had to call back and schedule another time for them to come do the inside which is very inconvenient because I have to make sure I’m home, again.
Shawn Gruebele is always knowledgeable and makes sure he takes care of all my problems. He even came late so he wouldn't have to reschedule me. He deserves the $5 bonus, only I can't get into your options to give him a shout out. He has been my best technician I have had come to my house. Thank you Shawn.
