Jeremy did a great job and I thank you all and did everything I thought I needed he was great
Technician was fine but I cancelled our service. Don't want to pay almost $500 a year for bug control. But when I called to cancel, your phone rep (manager?) said I should never have paid $119 for a 2600 sq ft home and lowered the price to $69. Really? So I was taken advantage of since I signed a contract with you? As far as I'm concerned, you owe me the difference, which is either $200 a year for the past 2 -3 years or free services. Obviously, I won't be back. I also won't recommend you and tell everyone I know to beware of your unethical practices.

As i mentioned when I called the company, this treatment was dont on a rainy day. Not only was it a little rainy, it was a lot of rain. I do not think that the treatment was worth doing when the weather is like this and cant believe that you all would expect me to pay for something like this. It is like washing your car on a snowy day right before you go drive on the highway behind a salt truck. You can't be serious about asking me how I feel about this service.

We loved his service but he was going to return when we called to remove the dead rat and waited too long but all said n done Ur taking care of it now. Great service not so good follow thru.
He serviced the wrong house. He serviced the house across the street. we have house numbers on our homes. I live at 1602 and the house serviced was 1605. Our mail boxes are on the same post. I know from experience that house numbers that are even are always on the north and west side of the street. House numbers that are odd are always on the south and east side of the street.
