I never recieved the service. After our conversation we had, I was going to reschedule for another day.

Was told he would be here between 8-5. Called at 4:30 just to be told he’d be here at 6. Not acceptable for inside and outside service this only did outside. He was nice but this miscommunication has happened to me before as well as rescheduling. For the price I am not satisfied and please make a note that I WILL NOT renew with you once my contract expires And I tried to give only ONE star but your system would not let me

Tech Michael Anthony arrived this morning to provide treatment. He introduced himself and explained the chemical process he would be using. After completing the application he notified me that he was finished. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.
