Not impressed. First, our Ring videoed him talking on his phone the whole time while he glanced around our front porch, not paying much attention to what he was doing. Also, we had concrete poured on Friday for a new back patio, and the area is roped off with caution tape, so most if the back of the house was not treated. We will be calling on Monday to schedule a revisit. If this happens again, we will be canceling our service.

We just wanted to thank Eric Worm Beneke for his excellent and prompt service at our home this week. He arrived exactly when scheduled, was very polite and helpful with our family, provided the service that we requested and the pest that was keeping us awake at night in our attic is gone.
