To be honest I am not concerned about the insects. We really hired you to address the rat problem we have of them getting into the engine compartments of our vehicles.

Jason was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He. Called to give me a heads up that he was on his way which I appreciated. He also assured me that he would take care of the mouse problem which has been plaguing me for a few weeks now. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend Jason and Aptivato anyone.

If I knew you were scheduled to come today they I would have prompted the gate open which is always left open but the technician just has to reach over the gate and unlatch it. Maybe you can come back and finish the backyard please?

Davin was here today to place more mouse boxes. We again discussed my concerns and he placed them accordingly and checked the two he had previously installed. Davin is one of your more thorough technicians. Sorry to say that some others are here and gone in the blink of an eye. Davin is thorough and takes the time to do a job worthy of what I am charged. Would like to have him as my permanent technician.
