The technician was very courteous and professional. He explained the work to be completed and that he would be back when they are able to enter the home to spray inside.

What is the scope of work for What I sign up for. So far every time some comes to my house, they leave a lot of Spider web still. It seems that they do. Ot remove the web. I thought that’s a part of the job. Do they just spray and that’s it. I was at the house look at them from the inside. They were here leas than 5 minutes. How can I cancel my service because so far none of your rep does a good job.
I didn’t get an hour heads up he was arriving but he was willing to wait for me.. which I appreciate it a lot and it he communicated well for me and made everything easy for me
