very thorough and knowledgeable. AND I hink we may have success with latest spray...no live ones (scorpions) found in our evening hunt. AND ZERO found indoors!!!

I was not present when David performed the service. When I was texted about the upcoming service I requested that no chemicals be used, I only wanted glue traps. When I came home I found a sign and a postcard listing all the chemicals used, and no glue traps. I had intended on planted herbs and vegetables around the foundation and walkway. Now I can't because I don't feel safe. I know you don't apply chemicals near vegetable gardens because you avoided my garden last year. I really hope this is the last service in this contract.

I dropped my previous pest control service as they were extremely rude & unprofessional Keaton & Parker did a great job & provided Exceptional & great customer service. Thanks Aptive!

Technician was here for not even 10 minutes for our 1/4 acre lot. We are not sure if he even sprayed very much. He was mostly interested in twirling his duster without really using it. This was our first service as a new customer and not impressed.

Brad Stamets our technician, visited us for our Quarterly service today. Brad was thorough and meticulous, working the outside perimeter of the house. I wasn't home and still received a phone call on his arrival. He explained everything that he was going to do to my wife and when I arrived home he filled me in on his progress. Just one more reason why I chose Aptive for my pest needs.
