I was just charged for a service that was not completed. Unacceptable. I was home all day today and no one showed up from 12-4pm, yet I was charged. I can see into my backyard & courtyard and no one sprayed. The spray leaves a mark for hours and there’s no evidence of the spray. We will leave Aptive if this ever happens again.

When first greeted he was very nice. I have security throughout the property and when view, he was on the phone the whole time not really paying attention. He was suppose to treat the bushes and trees like the sales rep sold me on and didn’t treat the garage. I explained to him what pest he needed to focus on and from what I saw he just sprayed around the house and put some poison in the backyard. I was told he would be here for 40 mins and was only here for 20. From my time stamps on my security footage. So 100 for 20 mins service and next time will be 129, very disappointed. Hopefully the next tech will be more observant around the house and look for potential problems and solutions.

Steve was very friendly and helpful. He place traps for our small rodent problem and added more traps in the basement. He wore his mask for safety and was very thorough in spraying and cleaning off the webs.
