Was right on time, and was very thorough. I watched him from inside the house
This is not a review of the specific technician but the service as a whole. When placing my request for a re-service I asked for special attention to be paid to dewebbing all areas of the back yard, especially the fence and patio area. Neither of these areas were dewebbed. There is no feasible way that between service and me getting home from work that the spiders redid all of their work. Each time I ask for a re-service I ask to have the entire back area dewebbed and it is never done. I am unsure of what we pay 120 every 3 months for as I have seen no difference in the spider numbers or webs in the back yard since we began this service nearly a year ago. The tech was very accommodating to my concerns as he serviced our property. All standard applications were performed as well as specialized application areas such as the barn and shed where I've had a problem with powder post beetles. A wasp nest on our deck and carpenter bees drilling into our barn were sprayed. The tech also found and treated a bee nest inside the drain hole in a window on our front porch. The flee infested enclosure where our outside cats frequent was also addressed. I'm impressed with the thoroughness and time spent for this initial service.

Matt and his teammate was very knowledgeable & friendly. They knocked down all the cobwebs around our home and yard. We are very pleased with their service.
Taylor was professional, yet friendly and informative. He explained everything on our contract prior to providing service and answered any and all questions we had prior to starting the treatment. I asked him to advise me when he was finished so I could re-lock the gate to the backyard to assure our dog would not get out. He was very willing and did so at the end of the treatment. He listened to my concerns and was very thorough in treating the problem areas. I am looking forward to reducing our insect issues with Aptive. Please send Taylor for every treatment.
