Wyatt did a good job at our first application on Wednesday 5/27/2020. He was thorough, courteous and willing to listen to areas of concern. It was mentioned there would be an increase in pest activity and then pests (ants) would begin to die off. No issue with his service, however we are still seeing ants so we will likely need to have another visit. Overall, we are happy with aptive's attentiveness. Our sales rep Greg(if I have his name correct), did a good job as well. We will want to see progress however with the reduction in ant activity. Thank you. Best regards, Ray

Aaron is top notch. Professional, courteous and personable. Saying he is thorough isn't enough. My family would like to respectfully request Aaron be our only tech from this point on.

Technician Zane Smith was excellent. Also I think I may had been a little harsh on my previous technician Justin Williams as it appears he did break and knock down the wasp/hornets nest etc. I could not see that initially, please change that to a 4 star rating and extend my apologies to him and I apologize for any inconvenience or negative impact that may have had.
