The technician walked on my property unannounced. Since I have an invisible fence, My Young dog was outside and approached him barking. Your technician sprayed my dog with something that I’m Not sure of what it was because, he did not clearly explain when I asked him. I am very concerned that he sprayed my dog with a pesticide. I explained that my dog was not aggressive, but his response to me was “Well I don’t know that, and I have to protect myself.“ His Attitude and actions were not acceptable.

Everything was done outside the home but when I signed up I asked for treatment inside home. I would like to know the reason that wasn’t done.

The engineers were very pleasant. But the treatment didn't work for our red ants. Two weeks after application we had two big red ant hills in our yard. I was told to reach out if I say any new bugs after the first couple days. Let me know what the next steps are.

The technician did well but when we phoned a few days later to say we also had a rodent problem we were told that was an extra charge. The young man who signed us up said It was included when I asked him specifically, because we’ve had the problem previously. How can you be a good company based on dishonesty?
