Jacobi decided to go above and beyond and kept asking me exactly what I needed to make sure that my family was satisfied. Our technician, Divine was outstanding. She was friendly, helpful and anticipated our needs. When discussing our ant problem after she took care of the exterior Divine made an inspection of interior and treated potential sources. She really knows her stuff! Aptive Pest Control is far superior than any service we received from Terminix for 10 years. We are so happy we switched.
