Zack promised me that he would cancel my Greenix contract. I have not received the cancellation email today as promised. Can you please confirm cancellation with Greenix and that I don’t owe them anything else? Otherwise I’d like to be refunded and cancel my Aptive contract.

Alfonso was great! Very prompt and personable. He explained to me the process and answered questions. I was beyond shocked and impressed when he turned over all of the outdoor furniture and took off cushions to make sure that he got into the slats between the wood on the furniture (I was not expecting that at all!!!) After he was finished , he explained what he found and again answered questions. I was really happy with the service that he provided.

He showed up on time and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I was very happy with the service. I appreciated him wearing shoe covers in the house and dusting the spiderwebs too. Great job
