Only following things are done on my request 1 mud pest done in front lobby 2 ants nest done in back yard Patio done nothing else is inspected as mentioned in his report dont send this technician again to my location as what he mentioned in his report is false I feel bad and highly dissatisfied doing business with your company

Please ignore my prior post. Technician did complete perimeter of home. I clearly missed the tech (as well as my dog). Ring camera (which I should have reviewed to begin with) confirmed tech was thorough. My apologies to Jarret.

This would not let me give 1 or no stars, it MAKES you choose at least 3 for average, but this service was terrible! We are beyond dissatisfied with the service. Not only did the tech allow our dog to get out and runaway and not even let us know, but he did unacceptable work. The glue traps he put down in the garage are inside out. He did not remove ANY spider webs from anywhere on or around our house. Our porch still has webs and spider eggs. He did not set foot in the grass to treat our yard. Unprofessional and unacceptable. I am still waiting to hear back from a manager on what will be done.
