We were home all day and to my shock and horror I got a notice saying my house had been serviced when we were waiting all day since I had a text saying my appointment was changed from 1 to 3 pm. I am VERY disappointed in your company that had charged me for a service you didnt render. Not did this service personal try to contact us.
James did a very thorough job deducting where the wood bees were coming from and getting rid of them. Very good worker.
I'm sorry to say that I don't remember the technician's name! But the picture on my email is correct. He was courteous and professional, and most thorough, and paid attention to the areas around & under my decks, explained everything. Haven't seen an ant inside this house since he did the application. I've had spraying done in the past but it wasn't very effective so I am pleased with the Aptive results! Thank you!

He explained to me everything that he did.
The technician was very nice. I was told we would have rat traps placed by the first person who came to our door. The technician said we should until we see evidence. I don’t want them to come at all. Also he was here less than 20 minutes which seems odd with the space of my back yard. Also there was only snail granules in a few places, when they are an issue everywhere.
We were sold our service onMay 28, 2020. Mike(don't have last name) was a very knowledgeable about your products and service. He was also genuinely pleasant to talk to and was a very competent sales person. Had our first service appointment on May 30, 2020. Zack Finn arrived at the exact scheduled time ready to work. He was very pleasant and did a great job with the initial spray!!!! Due to the fact that we have only our first service....we do not know how the product works but am anxious to see if it will solve the problems we have with different pests.
We do prefer to have the "SAME" service pro coming to our home because we like to get to know them, and like for them to know us...Read More
