Technician should have been wearing a mask. We have an infant at home and take social distancing very seriously. Otherwise service was great.

Our technician was great. Only complaint was he was very Early as I was told 3pm or later and he arrived before 9am. I don’t think that is his fault though!

Aptive, you have a great asset in Josiah Moore! He showed up quickly after I made the service appointment. He was polite and courteous and listened well to my needs and offered additional services for them. He was careful to respect our property and animals and was very clear in his explanations of how we could best benefit from the ongoing care provided by your company.
