We were not impressed with Lainn Link. Firstly, I called early a.m. today for ETA. I was told between 1:00 and 5:00. Glenn received a call from Lainn at approx. 11:30 saying he would be here at noon. Liz was not aware of the call. Glenn, myself, my expectant daughter and her two-year old were having a picnic on the upper deck when Lainn arrived. (Daughter and Grand daughter did not have long to stay.) We had just started eating. I came down the stairs and gave Lainn instructions. His demeanor was less than kind and rather pert. Said he was going to eliminate the wasps on the detached garage but they are still there. Should have let my wife know he was done but he just left without talking with her.
