Jon was very friendly with my kids and dog. My daughter asked him to spray around her swingset because she noticed there are some bugs and Jon was more than willing to do that for her. Jon asked her about what type of bugs, what did they look like, were did she see them at. I thought it was awesome the Jon treated my 9 year-old daughter like he would’ve treated an adult. Our technician did an excellent job today. He found and eliminated some wasp nests (mud daubers), and he cleaned up so that there were no remnants of the nests on the ground or on the house. Very polite and accommodating. He can service our house any time!

Gentleman was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He rang our bell to inform us he was here and than again when he was finished. He made sure we knew to keep our beloved dog in for awhile after he sprayed.
