Very professional and personable, I called him late with some concerns and he provided me with solutions. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
Shawn was personable and did a good job of spraying my house. He was knowledgeable and asked if I had questions.
I would have left a 5 star rating however I am livid right now. One of the gates was left open, in my backyard, and my dog got out. My heart completely sank when I went to let my dog back into the house and she was nowhere to be found. I went to the front of my house to see 2 cars pulled over, at the corner of the main and busy street, and 2 ladies crouched down. I immediately thought my dog got hit by a car. Luckily she didn't but very easily could have or could have been lost. You cannot put a price on the life of a family pet. Nice guy and clarified the offer which was not presented as it legally stands.
I was also frustrated by calling office and being on hold for 30 minutes finally giving up.
I had hoped to learn about the pesticides you use before application to see how they are plant based.
Anyway nice experience but I will exercise my legal right to cancel the yearly contract at this time. So please cancel contract. It is day 1.
Also let me know how to pay.

The technician was very positive and responsive to our requests, he sprayed and set up a mouse trap.
They did a great job. The lady that was helping was very nice and sweet. Glad we went with them.
Stephen was courteous and professional. He did a wonderful job on our pest control service.
Steve did an outstanding job today even removing spider webs from an extremely difficult to reach window area that no one else has ever done. So appreciate his efforts!

Mr. Toro arrived a few minutes early which I liked. He had a very professional appearance and was friendly and polite. He promptly introduced himself and explained everything that he would be doing and answered every question that we had fully and completely. His estimate of how long the service would take was exactly accurate. He notified us when he was done, answered some additional questions and warmly said goodbye. We were highly impressed and satisfied. The crawling insects that we had on the property were gone within hours and haven't returned.
