He is a thorough and friendly technician. If any customer complains about his work and his willingness to answer any question the problem is the customer not this technician. As the spray used to control pests is in liquid form it can easily not be noticed as it dries rather quickly. The use of removing insect webs around the eve of the house is also not easily evaluated. I hope he is always the technician that works on my house. Gordon White
