Aptive is a residential and commercial pest control service. It's based in Sandy, Utah, but operates in major cities throughout 26 states. It treats a variety of flying and crawling insects as well as rats and snails.

I was disappointed in having to ask for shoe covers and mask before entering my home. Tech was going to skip rooms that needed to be sprayed. He did not spray my entire garage. There is a garage workroom as well as closet both skipped. I felt my home did not get the attention it needed. No difference in pest. I planning to go out today and spray my home. This service is a great disappointment. I will paynthe $200 fee soon and cancel. Each paycheck is precious during these hard times. Now I am forced to give up money because of bad service.
He listened to specific problems we were having and immediately focused on treating those areas.
He was very efficient and worked with a smile.
He also fixed our billing and respected our quarantine.
Mr. Jones was awesome. I so appreciated that he let me know when he would be arriving, asked for concerns related to what pests were a problem, and let me know when he was finished and if there were any questions.
Great job. Very polite and respectful. Thank you for moving up our service date to address some issues.
When the service person arrived, he said it will only take him about 10 minutes. He said he would remove all spider webs from outside the house. I don't feel he completed this job. I told him about a problem with "love bugs" even showing him a picture since he had never heard of them. I noticed he only listed ants and spiders. He asked me about fleas since I have a cat. She is a roamer when she is outside. He said he would put granules in the front yard. Then he asked me about the back yard. I told him she was all over the yard. Roderegious Fields is an outstanding technician!! He took the time to explain my previous service, as well what to expect and questions to ask on the next visit. He explained the job he was to perform, and after completion showed me what needs to be done prior to the next visit. I would like to have Mr. Fields return for any and all follow up visits.
Very professional, effective pest control, always call ahead of time to schedule appointments. Very pleased.
