Juan Parker seamed through and very courteous when he was at our home. he covered both inside and out and was able to cover all the issues my wife pointed out to him.
I was surprised about the quick response.
Did a great job and was very helpful in suggestions to solve are problems .
We are going to request that he do all of our services.
Today we had two technicians do the inside and outside of our house, as well as my mom’s house next door. Both techs were awesome. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and respectful of us and our property. We would not hesitate to recommend Aptive and these techs to our friends and family!!!
Excellent job, he was thorough in his service, He made sure that he fulfilled the promise the company made at the sign by going through the service in detail.

Only treated outside. Did not treat inside or basement, despite salespersons stating that was included as part of the deal. Did not ask if I wanted to skip inside treatment or not, simply left without saying anything. I had to call customer support to schedule another visit for the inside treatment.

My service technician, Trenton Powers, was polite, professional, efficient and thorough in performing his work today. Before beginning services he reviewed any special concerns with me. Then he did a complete interior and exterior pest control treatment of my 2-story home. He’s been one of the best technicians to date who has serviced my home!
Daniel Baginski treated my yard on Monday, June 15th. I spoke to him regarding my concerns, and he did a thorough treatment of my yard.👍🏻
