The technician asked me what needed to be done to complete the service started by another technician last week. He then completed the work as indicated in the service summary. I’m satisfied with this technicians service.
I would ask the company to fulfill the items offered when they sold the product/service. For example, the sales person talked about treating the yard for ticks and fleas.
I would suggest a supervisor come to the site with the technician so that they know that needs to be done .
Shortly after your tech left I did a walk around the house. There were visible spider webs on some patio furniture. I have killed one black widow and a few garden spiders around the house since my latest service.
I would like my old tech to service this account.
He went above to make sure I was content and satisfied. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Our service technician stayed for 5 minutes and left! He must gave thought we were in the house and not watching....He did not walk around the house and spray....literally walked to his truck, sat in it for a few minutes, and drove away! I could not believe it!! We were charged for the service within minutes, and he left!!!! Worst technician ever! In addition, it also took over 45 minutes to get through to customer service to report everything. I will NEVER use Aprive again after our contract expires, and will let our friends and neighbors know what a scam this company is!

I have been fortunate to have Duran Hill as my technician for most of the time during the past two years.
He is pleasant, thorough, efficient and helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure he provides us with good service. Today wAs another time where he sought me out at my house to give me advice as to what I could do to help get rid of the pests we have around the house.
From my perspective, Duran is a keeper.

He did good job and we showed him where the last guy for your company did where it left white residue all over entire house and doesn't clean up easy. He said he will find out last guy that did it and let company know.
