No one notified me that they were at my house. Backyard was not treated-I was home the entire time.

Tech was professional and completed his service timely. While cleaning overhangs he did knock our rear nest cam askew, but that was a quick fix and no big deal.

Fred was friendly, and professional. He explained what he was going to do and followed up after he completed the job. The back of my house was covered with spiderwebs and he swept it clean. Bravo!

The representatives who spoke to me on the phone were very helpful and nice and the technician, Thomas Jennings, who completed the first service today was very efficient. He explained the strategy and gave me some helpful advice.
