They didn’t know or pre call , they sent me a text at 9am stating they were coming and I have called and repeatedly told them to notify me 24 hours ahead of time . I have their tech on camera for 3 mins spraying the front of the house only and walking on my plants . This is unacceptable I will no longer use them or recommend them to anyone . Not to mention I always have bugs like ants and silverfish after they leave .

Nice guy. Understood my needs and was responsive. He proactively treated all the necessary areas, as well as those I specifically requested. Hopefully the products he used will help with my issues (carpenter ants, cave crickets, mosquitoes, in that order). Will need some time to judge that, but I think his work was excellent.
