I can't give this technician anything but the lowest possible score. I will be VERY vocal to ALL my neighbors, anyone I know, and online reviews with my extreme displeasure. I was already quite displeased with your whole company due to rude employees and strong arm treatment when I was afraid to have a stranger on my property during these terrifying times. Then a technician shows up who left the GATE WIDE OPEN SO MY DOG GOT LOOSE! That is my greatest nightmare and your company made it happen with an irresponsible employee. I have no idea what the man's name was since we could barely communicate. I can only imagine how many other cherished pets have been lost or injured due to your company...Read More
