The Tech was on time. They reviewed my agreement with me. They were were thorough in going over my porch and yard.
I was really impressed with Mike, he did a thorough job and he provided excellent customer service.
The call-ahead was helpful, the technician was professional and quick. He sprayed each of the rooms inside that we asked and we have had no problems since. Excellent work, great service.
answered all my questions and was very professional. Applied product to all areas we discussed.
Nathan was running late and called us to ask if we wanted to see him in 2 minutes ( he was down the street) or would it be more convenient to come in 30 minutes. Since I had just started making dinner I said 2 minutes. Thirty minutes would put us in the middle of dinner and no one likes to be interrupted when eating. Nathan was very polite and accommodating. He did a thorough job spraying the house.
Stefan was cordial, respectful of social distancing. We talked about my expectations of the application.

If I could give a 6 star rating for the service I have received from Irving and his team I would. We have been Aptive customers for several years and have been very impressed with the professionalism and care each one of their technicians provides. When I recently called Aptive to notify them of a tick problem we were having, Irving and DJ immediately jumped into action and dealt with the problem - providing several specialty treatments (I suspect these treatments are not part of the standard service agreement we have with Aptive) free of additional charge.
