Freddie Parks came to my house to do the pest control. He was very nice and friendly. Did a thorough job and answered all my questions. He scoped the outside of my house and gazebo taking down all the cobwebs and wasps nests. Was very pleased. Thanks.

Technician left gate open and my dog got out. Thank God I have a GPS tracker on his collar so I got an alert on my phone he was out of the yard. Dog was lost in thick woods 2 acres from home. Took me an hour to get him. Needless to say I'm furious that a service person would open a gate and then not close it when finished; especially when technician heard my dog barking inside the house when I answered the door. I talked to a supervisor and have cancelled my contract.

I wish I could give this zero stars, not because of the technician, but because I was not treated as a valued customer or shown concern when I contacted customer service. I find it ironic that the representative who emailed me back didn’t leave a contact name. I won’t get into detail because I honestly don’t feel it will do any good. At the end of the day, like so many other companies, this one is only concerned about its bottomline.
