I thought that in removing a large wasp nest in a roof eve, that he would’ve cleaned it up better. It still looks like it’s there since it’s only partially removed. I hope this will be taken care of at the next application.

We had left several emails with complete forms and also phone calls that service has been cancelled with aptive. Still you sent a technician who as usually did not even do backside of the house. We are out of contract and service should have been cancelled in May. Please do the needful to deactivate our account ASAP.

Marquis was very polite, informative, and professional along with his partner Eric. They both did a very thorough job of cleaning of webs and removal of nests around my house and yard. I couldn’t imagine the experience going any better. They did a great job!
