Technician was courteous and thorough. He asked me where I have issues on the property and explained exactly what he would be doing before he got started.
They were great very helpful and new exactly what they were going
Kedrick never once showed up to our house. I’ve been home since 330pm for a service scheduled between 4-7 today. No one ever showed up. He put notes on the email stating no one was home, I was definetly home and he did not do the exterior either. The company is a joke. Tried to leave one star but this comment forces a 3.5 as the lowest. Again complete joke.
Marcel was a pleasant polite gentleman who explained everything to me. He did a great job and took care of the bee's!!! Thanks Marcel for your help today it's appreciated.
Absolutely unacceptable to leave the gate open on a fenced in yard. My dog got out.... what would you have done had he gotten hit by a car or I wasn’t out side with them to notice he was out?!? Contemplating canceling your service based on your lack or care for the customers home or pets! This is only our second treatment is this what we have to look forward to quarterly
The technician did not perform the service as stated in the notes.
He did not treat the foundation, he only did the front of the house, when aptive was called, they sent him back out, he told the husband he did the backside eaves which was a lie, as i was watching him, he did not, told my husband that Aptive does not treat the foundation, He told me Aptive .does not treat for spiders.
This is the poorest excuse for service
I Never want this technician on our property ever again.
He did not take care of the massive ant nest he was shown, and he did nothing about treating for fleas and ticks. He was not very friendly, in fact at 1 point he was almost rude. Very dissatisfied!
Charles S did a good job. He talked to me prior to the service to discuss any concerns I had. Very pleased.
Jonah was on time, professional, and asked direct questions about the task to be done. He was nice to talk with and let me know everything he was doing before he started.
Still have plenty of spider webs. Piss poor job! Wish it would have been better.
