Michael did an excellent job of re-installing the bait stations that had been relocated by raccoons. He suggested that I put something very heavy on both stations. I have done so and greatly appreciated his attention to my problem.
If the Milwaukee office was as attentive to phone calls as Michael was,
I'd be a much happier customer. Their response to phone calls is abysmal.
I watched him put the brush along the siding and he missed so many spots..I asked him to redo what areas I didn't see him do because cob webs were untouched in spots where they should have been...overall not happy with this first treatment and want another person to come out and re-do.

My technician arrived around 4:10 PM and left about 5 minutes later without doing any work. I didn't have a hose he could use. He never returned and I don't know when/if he is returning.
Sam was asked specifically to cut down the spider nest in the tree above my trash cans and did not do it at all.

I was very disappointed with you all for a cancelled service with no reason. On top of that, I had to hold 62 minutes to speak to someone! When the technician showed up, I was still not happy. However, this technician listened, he was empathetic and he made me feel so much better! He was thorough and thoughtful.
