The Aptive representatives stop their truck. Get out and only spray around the house. They do not take the time to wipe down soffits as they tell you they will do. I still have spiders and mosquitoes. I observed another bug service treat my neighbors home and inquired about them because they did a thorough job. I attempted to contact Aptive several times to discuss my disappointment and attempt to cancel their service. I have sat on hold over 20 minutes each time with no representative ever coming to the phone. When I called and selected the prompt for new service someone answered right away.
