Stetson Shadix did a great job and knocked down the wasps. It rained after Stetson was here so we may need a follow up but right now we are good. Thanks Stetson.

I'm supposed to be getting treatment for mice also. I'm paying an extra $5/treatment for mice baits to be put out behind my house.

Had a little treatment concerns/miscommunication after initial treatment, reached out to our sales contact and was consistently responded to with detailed communication. Also received courteous email reply's from the Nashville office and calls from the Field Supervisor for my area. They returned at no charge to compete all treatment and services promised. Totally impressed with the follow up and customer service we received and would definitely recommend APTIVE. GW
