I am not happy with the service provided. He did not do the job he was paid to do. I asked him to also please check in with me before he leaves and he did not. I also tried to call and speak to someone to cancel my membership twice. Once on the day this tech was at my house and the second time, the following day.

Very polite and attentive. I asked him to spray our back patio slab and our fire pit area for the spider mites while he was there. I didn't see it on the notes but I'm hoping he remembered to do it. Regardless, I'm always thankful for the free revisit. Hopefully I won't need it.

In regards to your service tech Not very accommodating didn’t seem to want our guidance Didn’t care to listen to our concerns where to treat Baseboards in basement had residual chemical that had to be wiped off
