Joe was very efficient, professional, and friendly. He even took away two mice we caught overnight in our basement. Joe is a wonderful employee for your business.
We had a re-service scheduled for the window of 8am to 12 pm and I had asked specifically when calling about scheduling to please give me a 30 minute call ahead. The reason being is since we wanted the interior sprayed (we have quite a bit of spider/earwig activity in the house) and since I have children I needed to have notice so I could get out of the house in time. My husband had worked around his busy schedule to be able to take the morning off to be home so we could have interior spraying done (this was the whole point of the re-service). My experience with Aptive has been positive. Eric Strother was so easy to work with - very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Gave me option to delay exterior retreat due to heavy rain. He did an outstanding job !!!

Cody McKee was a great guy. Explained the service, how and when it would be performed.
The technician that came out was very personable, explained what he was going to do..etc. My only concern was the fact that it was raining extremely hard and I did not understand how any kind of treatment could be effective under those conditions.
I do hope the follow up treatment that will be performed sometime this week or next will not be done in the rain. I am still seeing wasps around the front of our house and on our back deck.
This was our first treatment - Dejon was our tech, was on time, and took the time to chat with us about what he was going to do, what he was looking for, and when the next visit would be, as well as answer our questions. We look forward to the positive results that are promised by Aptive!
Ravenna Ohio branch. No local contact. Great a pushing sales. Sent tech that checked my garage window, left and charged for my house exterior spray! Not according to the camera!
Contacted Aptive through the app after discovering something troublesome in the yard. They got back to me after one business day and had a technician scheduled for later that afternoon. Ricardo was kind, didn’t make me feel dumb, and explained everything he was going to do before and after he took action.
