No one from aptive came to my house today. I was also charged $144 with no services done today.

I called morning of service... waited 25 minutes to talk to someone to ask when my technician would be to my house so that I could make sure to bring the dogs in. I also asked fir a call when the technician was on the way. They estimated 2 hrs. So I brought the dogs in at the two hour mark because I had to leave. The technician did not call me to inform of his arrival and didn’t get to the house until 3 more hours after estimated time. I had to them keep my dogs in for 2 more hours for their safety. I am disappointed in this lack of customer service.

We were told that the perimeter of the house would be done as well as the garage and entire yard but I’m of the understanding the only the homes perimeter was done. I’m not exactly happy at this time, the only reason we signed up for this is because of everything that we were told would be treated. The tech was here all of 10 mins. So please tell me why I should feel he did a good job. How can u be through in 10 mins. Could someone please explain this to me.
