I specifically asked him to look for hornet nests, and that we needed killer on several ant piles throughout our 1-1/4 acre lot. I watched him on the camera the entire time and can say that he zoomed around the house 3 times, only checking or spraying on about 65% of the area around our house, and he spent no time to go look for and treat any of our ant hills. He just put 2 small scoops of pest killer in a spreader and spread it randomly over about 1/20 (basically on the same route around the house) of our yard with no concentration on any ant piles. He finished the whole job and left after about 15 minutes on property. Needless to say we will probably have the same wasps and ant hill...Read More

My wife and I were both here all day and did not see or hear anyone from Aptive applying pest control spray at our house. In the past, the technician rang the bell and announced his presence then spent 10-15 minutes walking around the foundation. Neither one of us saw anyone today nor do we see any evidence of an application of any kind. Ants have been all over the sidewalk and patio since the last "application" and we are disappointed so far. Wes & Donna Crowl

Very happy with our technician Miguel Oquendo . From the moment he got to our house he greeted us courteously and new exactly what services he was here for. He took the time to listen to our concerns and went above and beyond with explaining the issue we are having with Mice and ticks in the yard. As he was preparing to leave my wife had an additional request to sweep the garage for spiders and he happily took the time to take care of it. We felt assured once he left that our property and family is protected once he left.
