He did not do the service. He came to my door then went to the neighbors house and sprayed the outside only! Then he sat in his truck for 10 minutes or so then drove off. I watched him from the time he left my front door to the time he left. Aptive fraudulently charged me for services he did not perform. It’s deceptive and fraud. Arrival time at my house 11:19am he left at 11:47. He and I talked about dogs for 5-7 minutes then he went to get his stuff walk around the neighbors house the. Stood at his truck for 10 min then took a paper to the neighbor and then sat in his truck for another 10 minutes. So this leaves no time to spray my yard or the inside of my home. Our technician was polite and punctual. Scheduling the appointment was horrible. I had to call 3 times, extended wait time, and I am not certain I am going to stay with the company due to the lack of follow through from the last two sessions specifically with the call center-disappointing.

I have problem with this visit, and it is not because this boy. I really want to cancel the service. I was waiting 20+ minutes calling the office and nobody responded. I hope you can contact me asap
Technician didn't tell me ahead of time he was coming. I was on a conference call and had no idea who was at my door. He only spent 10 minutes on my front yard and left. I have proof on my cameras. My back yard was not done. I expect a reservice that takes loner than 10 minutes and includes my whole yard, with a prior notification who's coming, if Aptive expects me to recommend and pay $100 for a service.
Service was not comlpete! No one came inside of my home to check for mice & spray for bugs which they were suppose to do.
Derrick Buford even knock on the door to say he was here performing services. I didn't get to see what was done if anything. He didn't even come into the house to service my basement. How do I even know he came for real? As fas as I'm concerned, he never showed up!
Ricardo Sepulveda is a very good technician. He is knowledgeable, friendly and works methodically. I would certainly recommend his services
A**hole didn't even show up to do the service but marked as completed, was outside the home for an hour when I got the text/email saying service completed but not noticed anyone
