My complaint is not with the Tec. I recieved notice the day of after the service was already completed. I had no chance to reschedule.

Donelle was very polite and he treated all the areas that I asked. He let me know when he was finished with the garage so I could close the door.

The sales representative, Daniel, was very efficient and professional. He was also friendly and answered all my questions. The same was true for the technician, Eli, who provided the service on two of our residential properties. They were clean and prompt and I’m confident in the choice I made with the Aptive service. Jamison did a very thorough job removing mud wasps nests we didn’t even know existed. I definitely feel a lot safer from the wasps now. Thank you Jamison and Aptive!

Mr Fields was Wonderful! Very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly! The five stars are for him. The people who come out to apply the service are the ONLY reason I stay with you all. The company app website and the wait to get a hold of someone at Aptive is ridiculous.

Great Technician, he's an A+ Give him a raise keep him for sure. Whoever runs your call center should be fired, even the government does better and that's a very low bar.

Jerrell did a great job. He was very courteous, explained everything he was going to do during his visit and very thorough. He was quick about his job and removed that WASPs nest - YEAH!!! Couldn't ask for more....Great JOB.

In-house treatment was not considered. However the primary reason for doing this time was in-house insects!
