Muy mal servicio. Esta segunda visita se efectuó bajo lluvia y solo vi al chico con la Mota de limpiar las casitas de avispas. Su reporte dice que colocó producto en doors, door trim y weed hole. Los animales que se atacan válidos (3) serían cucarachas, hormigas y arañas, la lista de esta compañía es más larga, con ciempiés, milpiés, etc.
Rechazo el servicio porque no se completó, mi casa no se limita a las puestas y weep holes. Tampoco se prestó porque llovía, bajo la lluvia no se podía prestar el servicio, solo limpiaron casitas de avispa.
Finalmente hoy atendieron en el número de atención al cliente, ofrecen rehacer el servicio, pero realmente no lo quiero, el compromiso era hacerl...Read More
Our tech, Pedro, did a great job. He was thorough, professional and friendly.
This was a 2nd visit in approx 10 days because we still had spiders. The first technician (I don't know his name) was very quick, did not hit all spots, used very little solution and also said that we didn't need to put our dog away as a dog would have to drink 100 gallons of solution to get sick. Mr. Diaz the technician who came today did a very complete job and also had us put our dog away. I would like to always have Mr. Diaz come to our house going forward since he was so professional and was very complete. Thank you.
Steven K was prompt and took time to locate wasp nests and all were removed. Was pleased.
Michael did cover the house instead and outside. He also left traps for the
ant problem I have every summer. He was professional and courteous and did an outstanding job!! Great employee for Aptive.
Brian was very nice and seemed to have a very happy spirit! I love that. I am a happy person and love happy people. He also seemed to be very passionate about his job. The is only my 1st treatment so hoping the treatment he put on my property is as pleasant as he was. :)

I was very impressed and pleased with Emanuel’s service. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable, and thorough. He even took the time to wipe down our grandchildren’s wooden swing set/play house. (Wasps and spiders seem to like it) I truly hope Emanuel will be our technician throughout the year. Can’t wait to see what a difference his work will make this summer. One question though, I thought our yard was going to be treated for fleas and ticks too.... was it? I’m guessing not. Thank you Emanuel, hope we see you next time around!
