Robert provided great service. He removed 3 wasp nests like it was nobody’s business! What a relief. In addition, he was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick! Thank you!

Our tech was an extremely polite and professional young man. He introduced himself and went straight to work. He did a terrific job and when he was done he came back to the door, asked if I needed anything else. When I said we were good, the told me, “Thank you and have a terrific day!” We hope he does the rest of our services.
This was our initial treatment and we are very happy with the thoroughness of the service professional, Kevin Anderson, who performed the work. He was not only thorough, but professional and courteous. He took the time to complete all expected processes, and even stepped up to add some additional pest control when I mentioned how the bugs eat up my wife's rose bush leaves. He took the time to listen and understand our needs. It was a very positive first impression of Aptive!
